摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理干预在前列腺增生手术患者中的应用效果。方法:收治前列腺增生患者56例,随机分为试验组和常规组,常规组采用常规护理,试验组在常规组基础上加用针对性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组干预后,临床相关指标、护理满意度和不良反应发生率均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预在前列腺增生手术患者中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with prostatic hyperplasiaoperation.Methods:56patients with prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental groupand the routine group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group added targeted nursing interventionon the basis of the routine group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the clinicalrelated indicators after intervention,the degree of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantlybetter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients withprostatic hyperplasia operation was significant.
