摘要
目的:探讨护理人员静脉治疗相关知识及其影响因素,提高静脉治疗的质量。方法:采用问卷调查对护理人员静脉治疗相关知识进行调查,分析影响因素。结果:问题回答平均正确率为73.4%。培训次数越多及工作时间越长的护理人员得分越高。结论:护理人员缺乏与静脉治疗规范相关的知识,有效的培训能提高掌握程度。医院应根据护理人员的实际情况与工作水平制定相应的培训计划。
Objective:To explore the related knowledge of intravenous therapy and its influencing factors among nurses,to improvethe quality of intravenous treatment.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the related knowledge ofintravenous treatment among nurses.We analyzed the influencing factors.Results:The average accuracy of the question answer was73.4%.The scores of the nurses with higher training and longer working hours were high.Conclusion:The nurses lacked knowledgerelated to the norms of intravenous treatment,and effective training can improve mastery.The hospital should formulatecorresponding training plan,according to the actual situation and work level of nursing staff.
