Study on the Orientation of Smart Home Care Service for Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

随着中国"互联网+"发展模式的提出,一种全新的中国老年人慢性病群体服务模式:老年慢性病智慧居家养老服务模式逐渐被提上日程。对于这种模式人们普遍给予厚望。但任何一种模式首先都需要一个战略定位,然后我们才能按照其定位实现其发展目标。研究从5W模式的视角探索中国老年慢性病智慧居家服务的定位:中国老年慢性病智慧居家养老服务是一种全新的养老模式,它要根据中国老年人的社群特点、文化特征,从身体、心理、生活、社会四个层面满足老年慢性病服务的需要,它虽然不能完全替代传统的人际照护,但能重构老年人的照护方式,能整合碎片化的服务供给,提升社区服务能力,提升社区服务的便捷性、针对性、有效性等。老年慢性病智慧居家服务体系的构建不仅是一项投资巨大的项目建设工程,也是一项复杂的社会系统工程,需要明确各方功能,共同努力。

With the proposal of China’s“Internet plus”development model,a new service model for China’s elderly chronic disease groups:elderly patients with chronic disease intelligence service model of home-based care services has been put on the agenda.There is widespread expectation for this model.But a model firstly needs a strategic positioning,and then we can achieve its goal in accordance with the positioning.We study chronic diseases in elderly Chinese smart home services from the localization of5W model,namely Chinese elderly chronic disease smart home endowment service is a new pension model,it should,based on the characteristics of the elderly community and China’s cultural characteristics,meet the needs of the elderly services of chronic diseases from the physical,psychological,life and social aspects.It can not replace the traditional interpersonal care,yet it can help and integrate fragmented services,enhance the ability of and community service,enhance convenience,effectiveness and pertinence etc..The construction ofthe smart pension system is not only a huge investment project,but also a complex social system project.It needs to make clear the functions of all parties and take joint efforts.
