摘要
基于阶梯阻抗变换式结构的优势,结合宇航工程应用需求,设计了一款毫米波高功率波导同轴转换器。从参数、结构、工艺、环境适应性以及热设计、微放电抑制等方面进行阐述,研制的BJ180波导同轴转换器在17.5~20.5 GHz频率范围内、-55℃^+85℃温度范围内,电压驻波比≤1.15、损耗≤0.2 d B、功率容量水平≥20W,满足宇航工程应用要求。
A millimeter wave waveguide-coaxial thansformer was designed for space high power requirements,based on the superiority of stepped impedance transformation structure.Design on parameters,structure,technology,environmental adaptability,and thermal design as well as multipactor suppressant were discussed in detail.A BJ180waveguide-coaxial thansformer was developed,which features a VSWR≤1.15,loss≤0.2dB,power capacity≥20W in frequency range of17.5to20.5GHz and temperature range of-55to+85℃.
