摘要 针对传统桥梁运维管理中存在的构件施工信息分散缺失,桥梁监测结果不直观,运维信息未实现集成管理等问题,提出了基于BIM的运维管理模式.在对相关BIM运维理论和基于Web的应用框架研究基础上,将项目运维阶段数据进行有效整合,开发了基于Web的运维管理系统.实践证明,基于BIM管理模式下的桥梁运维,基本实现了统一规范的运维实施流程,有效地解决了复杂运维数据的管理及应用. The traditional bridge operation has the disadvantage of lacking and dispersing information during components’instruction,which could lead to the problems with information visualization and integrated management found in bridge monitoring results and operational data.To tackle these drawbacks,a maintenance and management mode based on BIM is presented.The mode,which is Web-based maintenance and management system,has been developed via the fundamental theory of BIM technology and the framework of Web.It integrates the project management data of the operational period effectively.It has been proved by practical applications that the maintenance and BIM-based management mode can basically achieve a set of unified and standardized operational implementation process,from which the complex operational data can be managed and applied more effectively.
