摘要
本文通过控制变量法制备活性氧化铝载体,对不同的制备条件(pH值、老化时间、焙烧温度)进行了考察,并对影响反应的参数进行了研究和优化。结果表明,只有在Al(NO_3)_3溶液的浓度为2 mol·L^(-1),pH=8,老化时间为24 h,并且保持温度在800℃下焙烧6 h时活性氧化铝载体的性能达到最佳。通过采用过量浸渍法制备活性氧化铝负载Co-Ni、Co-Cu、Cu-Ni及Cu-Zn双金属催化剂,并对活性氧化铝载体及催化剂样品进行红外光谱、光学显微镜分析。结果表明,该产品具有较好的晶相和性能,并且能够使活性组分均匀的分布。
Through the control of variable methods for preparing activated alumina carrier,different conditions(pH value,aging time,bakingtemperature)were investigated,and the parameters affecting reaction were studied and optimized.The result shows that the best performancewas achieved with Al(NO3)3solution concentration of2mol·L-1under pH=8and the ageing time for24h at the temperature of800℃androasting6h.Activated Alumina-supported double metals catalyst system Co-Ni、Co-Cu、Cu-Ni and Cu-Zn were obtained by adoptingimmersion method.The activated alumina carriers and catalyst samples were analyzed by Elemental Analysis,IR and optical microscope.Theresults showed that the product has relatively good crystal phase with active components being evenly loaded and distributed.
