煤部分气化与半焦燃烧集成特性研究

以煤的部分气化为基础煤部分气化集成半焦燃烧系统具有系统简单、投资小、煤种适用性广的优点,近年来应用日益广泛。本文基于煤分级转化的思想,在热重试验台上进行了煤焦完全气化和部分气化以及半焦的燃烧实验。研究显示,相对完全气化而言,部分气化集成半焦燃烧系统反应迅速,反应时间短,系统极具推广价值。

Advantages of a System on coal partial gasification and semickoe combustion base on coal partial gasification is simple,smallinvestment,extensive adaptability for coal type.It has been used widely recent years.In the article experiment is proceeded onThermogravimetric Experiment table for semi-coke complete gasification、partial gasification and combustion.Research shows that system ofpartial gasification and semi-coke combustion is rapid response,short reaction time by comparison with complete gasification.So the system is ofgood popularization value.
