米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～16周妊娠101例分析

Clinical effect of mifepristone and misoprostol in termination of 10～16 weeks pregnancy in 101 cases

目的观察妊娠10~16周孕妇以米非司酮联合米索前列醇配合终止妊娠的可行性。方法 200例拟终止妊娠的10~16周孕妇,按随机排列表法分为对比组(99例)和观察组(101例)。对比组采用米索前列醇治疗,观察组采用米索前列醇加用米非司酮治疗,比较两组流产结局,记录流产期间不良事件发生情况。结果观察组完全流产率为91.1%,与对比组的80.8%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为5.0%,低于对比组的14.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对妊娠10~16周孕妇以米非司酮联合米索前列醇配合终止妊娠,流产成功率高、流产期间不良事件发生少。

Objective To observe the feasibility of mifepristone and misoprostol in termination ofpregnant women with gestational age of10~16weeks.Methods A total of200pregnant women with gestationalage of10~16weeks requiring pregnancy termination were divided by random arrangement of table method intocontrol group(99cases)and observation group(101cases).The control group was treated with misoprostol,andthe observation group was treated with mifepristone.The abortion outcomes were compared,and the occurrenceof adverse events during abortion were observed in two groups.Results The observation group had statisticallysignificant difference in complete abortion rate as91.1%,comparing with80.8%in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse events as5.0%than14.1%in the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of mifepristone and misoprostol intermination of pregnant women with gestational age of10~16weeks can improve success rate of abortion andreduce occurrence of adverse events during abortion.
