整体优质护理对高龄腹部手术患者生理心理的影响观察

Observation on effect of overall high quality nursing on physiology and psychology of senile patients with abdominal surgery

目的观察整体优质护理对高龄腹部手术患者生理心理的影响。方法 66例高龄腹部手术患者采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取整体优质护理,比较两组患者生理心理情况。结果观察组患者粘连性肠梗阻发生率为3.03%,明显低于对照组的21.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分均优于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理后仅SDS评分优于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体优质护理对高龄腹部手术患者生理心理具有有利影响,较常规护理更有优势,临床价值较高。

Objective To observe the effect of overall high quality nursing on physiology and psychologyof senile patients with abdominal surgery.Methods A total of66senile patients with abdominal surgery weredivided by random number method into observation group and control group,with33cases in each group.Thecontrol group received conventional nursing,and the observation group also received overall high quality nursing.The physiology and psychology status in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had obviouslylower incidence of adhesive ileus as3.03%than21.21%in the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)andself-rating depression scale(SDS)score before nursing(P>0.05).The observation group had better SAS and SDS score after nursing than before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control grouphad better SDS score after nursing than before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had better SAS and SDS score after nursing than the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall high quality nursing has a favorable influence onthe physiology and psychology of senile patients with abdominal surgery,and has more advantages than routinenursing.It contains higher clinical value.
