摘要
根据天钢公司能源平衡和高炉限产等方面需求,提出了在3200m^3高炉采用无富氧、高煤比的操作理念,通过采取1 200℃以上高风温和高顶压操作,喷煤系统工艺优化,厂内精料技术,优化造渣制度,合理的热制度,装料制度和送风制度等措施,实现了无富氧、高煤比炼铁。在无富氧的情况下,煤比稳定在130 kg/t左右。
The operation concept of none oxygen enrichment and high coal ratio for3200m3BF wasproposed according to the demand by company energy balancing and BF production limitation.Noneoxygen enrichment and high coal ratio iron-making was realized through measures of executingoperation with the high air temperature of over1200益and high top pressure,optimizing the processof coal injection system,adopting fine material technology,optimizing slag building system and adoptingreasonable heat system,charging system and air supply system.Under the condition of none oxygenenrichment,coal ratio was stable,around130kg/t.
