摘要
为控制转炉出钢过程钢水的返磷现象,在天钢转炉现场进行了实验。通过试验,找出了影响转炉出钢过程中钢水返磷的主要原因,包括:下渣返磷、合金返磷、取样器偏差等;试验结果表明下渣返磷影响最大,合金返磷影响最小,降低出钢过程下渣可以有效降低钢水返磷量。
In order to control rephosphorization during converter tapping,experiment was conducted onthe field of Tiangang converter.The main reasons were found out to be deslagging rephosphorization,alloy rephosphorization and sampler deviation.Test results showed deslagging rephosphorization had thebiggest influence while alloy rephosphorization the smallest.The reduction of slag during tapping couldeffectively reduce steel rephosphorization.
