200T起重机主减速机改进

摘要 分析了铸造吊起重机在本厂生产中的重要作用,介绍了主起升机构的设计原理,着重指出了主减速机对主起升机构稳定运行的重要影响,特别是惰轮和棘轮的重要作用。针对影响生产节奏的棘轮弹簧损坏频繁故障做了进一步分析,从弹簧材质、力学性能及强弱电控制系统各个方面逐步排查,引出改进方案,然后逐车实施改造。改进后,主减速机棘轮故障率大大降低,为企业的安全生产打下了牢固基础。 The author analyzes the important duty of cast lifting crane in the production of the plant,introduces the design principle of main lifting mechanism and pointes out the important influence ofmain reducer on the stable running of main lifting mechanism,especially on idler and ratchet.Furtheranalysis was made on frequent failures of ratchet spring damage which affected production rhythm.Every aspect at spring material,mechanical property and electrical control system was investigated oneby one.Improvement plan was introduced and modification carried out step by step.After modification,the failure rate of main reducer ratchet dropped substantially,laying solid foundation for the safeproduction of the enterprise.
