摘要 天钢2 000 m^3高炉水冲渣系统冷却塔喷淋支管管道过长,压力损失较大,冷却塔粒化回水中的杂质容易造成喷淋管道和对喷喷头堵塞,严重影响配水及冷却效果。对喷喷头在使用过程中内螺纹极易腐蚀,经常出现松动脱落现象,每次清理时必须进行整体更换。对冷却塔喷淋装置进行了改造,缩短喷淋支管长度,加大喷淋支管直径,前端对喷喷头改为自行设计制作的喷头,降低了支管的堵塞情况,延长了使用寿命,节约了大量的检修时间,提高了生产作业率,同时减少了备件费用,取得了较好的使用效果和较高的经济效益。 The water distribution and cooling effect of Tiangang2000m3BF granulation system wereseriously affected because the impurities in cooling tower granulation return water caused clogging atspray pipe and nozzle due to the long spraying branch pipe of cooling tower and big pressure loss.During operation,since the inner thread of the nozzles was susceptible to corrosion,the nozzle oftenbecame loose and should be changed as a whole at each cleaning.Modification was executed at thespraying device of the cooling tower.The length of spraying branch pipe was shortened and its diameterenlarged.The nozzles at the front were changed into those designed and fabricated autonomously.Thenthe clogging at branch pipe was alleviated and the service life prolonged.A big amount of maintenancetime was saved.Productivity was improved and spare part expenses were reduced.Good operation effectand high economic benefit were achieved.
