摘要
工程项目管理是一个复杂的过程,涉及从工程立项、设计、施工、验收、交付等全过程,并涉及参与工程项目的各个单位(建设单位、投资者、设计单位和承包商)的管理。天津天钢联合特钢有限公司升级改造项目建设过程中,为保证项目在设计、采购、施工、安装调试等各个环节的顺利进行,根据管理需要成立了相应的工程部门,并规定了各自的职责、权限,完善了工程管理系统。与工程参建各方形成了合作管理模式,及时沟通、资源共享、相互合作,达成一种"双赢"的局面取得了良好效果。
Engineering project management,a complicated process,involves in the entire process ofproject establishment,designing,execution,acceptance and delivery and also in the management of allparties relevant to the project,i.e.,construction companies,investors,designing companies andcontractors.During the construction of upgrade and modification project,in order to ensure the smoothexecution of designing,purchasing,constructing,installing and commissioning,Tianjin Tiangang JointSpecial Steel Co.,Ltd.established relevant engineering departments with specific duty and authorityaccording to management requirements and completed project management system.Cooperationmanagement mode came into being with all parties participating the construction.Timelycommunication,source sharing and mutual cooperation were done at all time,reaching a win-winsituation.Good effect was achieved.
