天钢设备综合管控系统是两化融合建设的重要组成部分。介绍了天钢两化融合建设过程中,打造以设备全寿命周期管理为核心的设备保障能力的实践。通过完善设备保障能力的识别和实施、建立设备综合管控模式和管理体系、计算机软硬件和网络平台搭建,形成了完整的设备综合管控系统。该系统经过一年的运行,主体生产设备故障停机率同比下降了0.27‰;设备维修费同比降低了16.5%;备件采购资金同比下降了19%。

Tiangang equipment comprehensive management and control system is an importantconstitution of the construction of informatization and industrialization integration.The paper describesthe practice of creating equipment guarantee capability with full life cycle management as core duringthe construction of Tiangang informatization and industrialization integration.Through improving theidentification and implementation of equipment guarantee capability and establishing equipmentcomprehensive management and control mode and managing system and computer software andhardware and network platform,complete equipment comprehensive management and control systemcame into being.After one year’s running of the system,the breakdown rate of main productionequipment dropped by0.27‰and equipment maintenance expanses were reduced by16.5%with19%reduction at purchasing fund for spare parts.
