天津钢铁集团有限公司在降成本过程中,多品种小批量采购使采购合同数量激增,纯手工账管理出错的机率增大,且难以事前发现和排查错误。对天钢公司ERP系统中的采购模块进行应用程序的二次开发,可以解决前述问题。程序使用后,采购订单暂估价与结算价差异有明显下降,提高了成本核算准确度,促进了公司降成本目标的实现。

During cost reduction,procurement with big variety but in small batch brought a greatnumber of purchasing contracts.Due to manual account management,error probability became biggerand bigger and mistakes were difficult to be found and investigated.However,it could be solved by thesecondary application development of purchasing module in Tiangang ERP.After the program wasapplied,the difference between estimated price and settled price in purchasing order was remarkablyreduced.The accuracy of cost accounting was raised and the realization of the goal of cost reduction inthe company promoted.
