摘要
目的研究太极拳对考试紧张综合征的缓解作用。方法通过在本市4所高级中学募集考前紧张综合征学生120名,随机分为太极拳练习组和对照组,每组各60名受试。其中太极拳练习组在考前进行为期两周(14d)的太极拳(24式太极拳)练习,练习方案为每日早晚一次,每次30min。两周太极拳练习后对两组前后Sarason考试焦虑量表(Test Anxiety Scale,TAS)评分进行对比。结果两组在进行太极拳练习前TAS无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两周练习后,太极拳练习组TAS评分下降(P<0.01),并与对照组间成显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组TAS评分相对一周前无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论太极拳练习可缓解考试紧张综合征症状。
Objective The aim of this study was to study the effects of Tai chi on relieving test anxiety syndrome.Methods120students with test anxiety syndrome from4senior middle schools in our city were recruited for this study.120subjects were randomly divided into Tai chi group and control group,each group with60subjects.Tai chi group has got two weeks of Tai chi exercise(Taichi24)before the exam.The exercise should be done each moring and night,each time for30min.before and after weeks,Sarason Test Anxiety Scale(TAS)of the two groups were measured and compared.Results there was no statistical difference in TAS between the two groups before exercise of tow weeks(P>0.05).After tow weeks,TAS of Tai chi group decreased(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01);TAS the control group did not change(P>0.05)compared with that before tow weeks.Conclusion Tai Chi can relieve the symptoms of test anxiety syndrome.
