摘要 在田径运动项目中,跨栏跑运动员需掌握的技术环节较为复杂,不仅要求其克服跑动过程中身体重心波动过大,将步幅与跑动节奏相协调,还要迅速的完成跑跨结合等技术动作等。在跑动过程中,运动员承受着相当大的心理压力,不仅是担心每个攻栏动作是否达到预期效果,更是担心步幅大小、跑跨技术动作稍有误差就将影响最终成绩排名。文章通过文献资料法,以运动心理学、运动训练学相关知识为理论基础,结合跨栏运动的特质,对跨栏运动员的心理训练方法进行探索分析,以期为我国跨栏运动员在训练过程中提供技术帮助及理论支撑,提高其竞技水平,在比赛中发挥最佳状态。 In the track and field sports,hurdle athletes need to master more complex technology,not only to overcome the severefluctuation of body center of gravity in the process of running,to stride in harmony with the rhythm of running,but also quicklycomplete the actions combining of running with skipping across technology,etc.In the process of running,the athlete suffersconsiderable stress,and is not only about whether each passing bar action to achieve the desired effect,but also worries that stridelength size,a slight error will affect the final grade.The paper,through the literature,bases on the relevant knowledge of psychology,sports training theories,combines the movement characteristics of hurdle,to explore the hurdler psychological training methods,soas to provide technical assistance and theory support to China's hurdler training,and improve their competitive level in the game.
