妊娠期与育龄期非妊娠妇女25-羟基维生素D水平的比较 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解妊娠期与育龄期非妊娠妇女25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,为围产期妇女营养保健提供依据。方法选取136名妊娠期妇女(妊娠组)和122名育龄期非妊娠妇女(非妊娠组),通过问卷调查收集年龄、服用钙剂、服用复合维生素制剂及每天户外活动时间等资料。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清25(OH)D水平并进行统计分析。结果妊娠组血清25(OH)D水平为(45.40±13.26)nmol/L,明显高于非妊娠组[(34.90±9.18)nmol/L,P<0.05]。妊娠组中有61.76%的妇女维生素D缺乏,有37.50%的妇女维生素D不足;非妊娠组有89.34%的妇女维生素D缺乏,10.66%的妇女维生素D不足。结论妊娠期妇女25(OH)D水平高于育龄期非妊娠妇女。妊娠期与育龄期非妊娠妇女25(OH)D缺乏或不足现象均非常普遍。 Objective To study serum25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]levels in pregnant and nonpregnantchildbearing age women,and to guide the basic healthy care for perinatal women.Methods A total of136pregnant women and122non-pregnant childbearing age women were enrolled.The data,such as age,calciumsupplements,multivitamin supplements and outdoor activity time per day,were collected through questionnaires.Serum25(OH)D levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The levelsof serum25(OH)D were(45.40±13.26)nmol/L in pregnant group and(34.90±9.18)nmol/L in non-pregnantgroup(P<0.05).The proportions of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency were61.76%and37.50%in pregnantgroup,and the proportions of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency were89.34%and10.66%in non-pregnant group.Conclusions Pregnant women have higher serum25(OH)D levels than non-pregnant childbearing age women.Vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency phenomenon is common.
