摘要
保证石油储罐运行安全性具有重要意义。我国存在储罐超期服役问题,储罐泄漏风险高。研发先进储罐泄漏探测技术有利于提高储罐设施安全性。研究了国内外广泛应用的储罐泄漏探测技术的优缺点、适用范围和实施效果,包括人工检尺计量、储罐基础钻孔检测方法和双层罐底板泄漏探测方法,适用于停运储罐的开罐无损检测方法,以及声发射法、漏油感应电缆和电阻探漏法等新技术。介绍了美国储罐泄漏检测的技术标准体系,包括储罐泄漏初期处置措施以及储罐泄漏定量风险评价等。最后,提出了选择适宜储罐泄漏检测技术的建议,以及借鉴美国标准完善国内储罐泄漏检测技术的建议。
It was important to guarantee safe operation of oil storage tank.With high leakage risk,China commonly used extended service tanks.Applying advanced tank leakage inspection techniquecan help to improve the safety of tank facilities.The paper analysed the advantage and disadvantage andapplication scope and implementation effect of tank leakage detection technology currently widely usedin China and abroad,including personal metering and tank base drilling inspection method and doublebottomleakage inspection method and open tank nondestructive inspection method for out-service tanks,and acoustic emission technique and oil leakage induction cable and resistance leakage detection method.The American tank leakage inspection technique standard systems were also expound in detail,such asand response measures in early stage of tank leakage and quantitative risk assessment of tank leakage.Finally,the suggestion of selecting suitable tank leakage inspection technique and adoption of Americanstandards to improve domestic tank leakage technique were maded
