Analysis and Countermeasure of Impeller Corrosion of Centrifugal Pump

离心泵叶轮受到了严重的环烷酸腐蚀,我们分析了造成腐蚀的原因,主要是原料油的性质、温度的因素、介质流速的因素、还有就是设备材质等因素所造成的。针对造成腐蚀的原因提出了几条改进措施和建议,来减轻环烷酸腐蚀对装置生产的影响。

Centrifugal pump impeller suffered severe naphthenic acid corrosion,We analysed thecause of the corrosion,mainly the nature of raw material oil、the factor of temperature、the factor ofmedium velocity、equipment material and other factors.Several improvement measures and suggestionsare put forward according to the cause of corrosion,to mitigate the influence of naphthenic acid corrosionon the production of the equipment.
