澳大利亚职业教育的特点与启示

澳大利亚是世界上教育最发达的国家之一,它教育的成功得益于其成功的澳大利亚职业教育体系的基本框架和培训包。本文作者根据自身的澳洲TAE四级证书培训经验和切身体会,结合澳大利亚办学的成功经验,对我国特色的职业教育体系提出了针对性的建议。下面从澳大利亚职业教育概述、澳大利亚职业教育对我国教育的教学启发、完善的实训条件和实训基地、考核方式等几个方面来阐述。

Australia is one of the most developed countries in the world.The success of its education has benefited from its basic framework and training package for its successful Australian Vocational Education system.According to my own training experience about Australia's TAE Four certificate,combined with the successful experience of Australia school,on the characteristics of China's occupation education system and puts forward some suggestions.I will explain the issue in several aspects.They are about the overview of Australia Vocational Education,the enlightenments for our education,advanced training conditions and training base,assessment methods and so on.
