摘要
针对化工单元操作实习教学环节中学生不能动手实践的难题,以实习基地实际生产过程为背景,应用Aspen plus构建化工过程虚拟工厂。虚拟工厂提供实际生产过程相一致的仿真环境,使学生获得"动手"操作的工程实践训练;虚拟工厂提供了创新实践平台,学生创新设计可以得到应用和检验,培养学生创新实践能力。
Combined with the actual production process,the practical production process was simulated by using computer simulation to solve the problems of the student’s no hands-on practice in practice teaching.Instead of the actual production model,in the simulation environment the students can obtain effects witch is consistent with that of the operation in practice to develop student’s ability of engineering practice and innovative design.The simulation of virtual space is open,providing an improved optimization and innovative design platform,to develop student creative and practical ability.
