摘要
纳米孔测序技术以其快捷、低成本和可测长片段DNA等优势而备受瞩目。为了解该技术领域的发展态势,利用文献计量和专利分析的方法对纳米孔测序技术的学术研究和专利申请情况进行定量分析。在应用前景方面,纳米孔测序技术应用领域广泛,在即时检测传染源、基因组组装、基因诊断和太空应用方面都有不错的表现,但未来该技术在错误率和平行能力方面仍需改进。
Nanopore sequencing technology with its fast,low cost and measuring long DNA fragments and otheradvantages has attracted much interest.Combined with bibliometric and patent analysis methods,the present situationof research and patent application status of the technology were analyzed in this paper.It shows a great applicationprospect in real-time detection of infection,genome assembly,genetic diagnosis and space applications,but thetechnology need to be improved in sequencing error rate and parallel capacity.
