摘要
以不同数均分子量(M_n)的含氟单体和环氧氯丙烷为功能单体合成了3种含环氧基的氟涂覆剂,分别将其喷涂在事先用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷处理过的钢板上,研究了3种涂覆剂对钢板涂层性能的影响,测试了涂层的水和正十六烷初始接触角、耐摩擦性能和耐盐性能。结果表明:用M_n为4 000的全氟聚醚醇制备的氟涂覆剂涂层对水和正十六烷初始接触角分别为115.4°,69.8°,负载725 g时,经过钢丝绒循环摩擦1 000次后其接触角仍分别为106.5°,64.3°,具有良好的疏水、疏油性能,耐摩擦性能和耐盐性能,对钢材有良好的保护作用。
Three fluorine coating agents containing epoxy group were synthesized with fluorinated monomers in different number average molecular weights(Mn)and chloropropylene oxide as the functional monomers.These coating agents were sprayed respectively on the steel plates pretreated byγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.The effect of the coating agents on the coating of the steel plate were observed which involve the initial contact angle of water and n-hexadecane,friction and salt resistance.The results show that the initial contact angle of water and n-hexadecane to the coating prepared by perfluoropolyether alcohol(Mn=4000)are115.4°and69.8°respectively.The contact angle are maintained at106.5°and64.3°under725g loads after rubbed by steel wool for1000times.The coating performs well in hydrophobicity and oleophobicity,friction and salt resistance,which implements an effective protection for steel plate.
