摘要
综述了高透明导光聚苯乙烯开发的全过程,并以市场调研为基础,通过光导纤维导光原理分析,结合聚苯乙烯装置工艺特点,设计出高透明导光聚苯乙烯的工艺参数,确定了产品开发的工艺流程,制定了原材料的选择标准和产品的性能指标。结果表明:适合的工艺控制指标为乙苯质量分数9.5%~10.5%,苯乙烯进料速率7.0 t/h,反应时间6.2 h,脱挥器温度230~235℃,引发剂用量300×10^(-6)。经过工业化试生产,开发了高透明导光聚苯乙烯。
This paper introduces the development of high-transparent light guide polystyrene(PS).The process parameters for high-transparent light guide PS are designed on the basis of PS process by means of market investigation and analysis on principles of optical fiber light guide.The process flow of the product development is established as well as the selection criteria of feedstock and performance indicators of products.The results show that the optimal process index include the mass fraction of ethylbenzene in feed is9.5%-10.5%,feed rate of styrene is7.0t/h,reaction time is6.2h,the temperature in devolatilizer range from230to235℃,and the amount of the initiator is300×10-6.High-transparent light guide PS has been developed successfully by pilot production.
