摘要
为研究智能组合称重系统的主振机给料装置在工作状态下的振动响应这一重要参数,利用MATLAB/Simulink模块对主振机给料装置在工作状态下的参数进行仿真分析。研究了整个装置在工作过程中的瞬态响应参数、稳态响应参数及主振机稳态振幅等重要参数,并针对装置中关于阻尼比的影响进行了分析。结果表明,整个工作过程中主振机给料装置的竖向位移、速度的极值出现的时间节点均在0.1s内,并均在极值出现后迅速趋于稳定。稳态时间、衰减时间、主振机稳态振幅均随着阻尼比的增大而减小。
In order to study the important parameters in working condition of the feeding device of the main vibrator in the intelligent combined weighing system,in this paper,the MATLAB/Simulink module is used to simulate the parameters of the main vibrator feeder.The important parameters such as transient response,steady state response parameters and steady-state amplitude of the main vibrator are studied,also,the influence of damping ratio in the device is analyzed.Results show,during the whole working process,the time node of the vertical displacement and velocity of the main vibration feeder is in the0.1s,and all of them rapidly tend to be stable after the extremum.Steady state time,decay time and steady amplitude of the main vibrator all decrease with the increase of damping ratio.
