摘要
终身学习是现代社会发展和市民提升自身素质的需求,也成为推动社会经济创新发展的核心价值追求,这都需要教育提供人才保障和智力支持。而终身教育是开放大学服务市民终身学习和推进社区教育的生动实践,以开放大学为龙头,整合师资、课程、基地、项目、平台等各类资源,构建终身教育共同体,是满足市民多样化、个性化、规模化学习需求最行之有效的方法。在资源"共建众享"的模式下形成合力,加强宣传、扩大影响、搭建平台,以项目为抓手推动终身教育共同体有效建设。
Lifelong learning is the demand of the development of modern society and the improvement of people's own quality.It has also become the core value pursuit to promote the innovation and development of social economy,which requires talented personnel and intellectual support from education.Lifelong education is a vivid practice of opening universities,serving citizens,lifelong learning and promoting community education.With the Open University as the leader,integratingteachers,curriculum,base,project,platform and other resources,and constructing a lifelong educationcommunity,is the most effective way to meet the public method of diversified and personalizedlearning needs.In the"Resource Co-construction,Public Enjoyment"model,and with the projectas the starting point,we need joint efforts to strengthen publicity,expand influence and build aplatform so as to promote the effective construction of lifelong education community.
