With the integration of innovative Internet+in the economic field,Internet+education has become the focus of experts and scholars.Open and Distance education in Internet+era is facing challenges like increasingly fierce competition,teacher further development,evaluation system reconstruction.There is a need to improve the public service system,to explore a new model of distance education and to apply cloud classroom so as to contribute to the development of distance education.
