In order to meet the current industrial transformation and upgrading needs of social development,as well as to promote new changes in the field of higher education,the construction of application-oriented colleges and universities is needed to train a large number of application-oriented talents.The construction of application-oriented universities in Yunnan has taken the lead in the whole country.In the process of construction,problems such as the transformation of ideas,the complex transformation environment,and the lagging of the security system have occurred,so it needs to be improved in a targeted way.
