周必大、赵汝愚与永嘉士人

Zhou Bida,Zhao Ruyu and Yongjia Scholars

孝宗淳熙末年,叶适、薛叔似等永嘉士人构成了一股重要的政治势力。他们围绕在周必大的周围,成为其坚定的支持者,并因此而遭到留正攻击,大都被逐出朝廷。与周必大相交莫逆的赵汝愚回朝后,有意重新启用这些永嘉之士,他们再度团结在赵汝愚身边。正是在这些永嘉士人的竭诚协赞下,赵汝愚成功地策划实施了绍熙内禅,令南宋度过了一场严重的政治危机。

In the late Chunxi of Emperor Xiaozong of Song Dynasty,Ye Shi,Xue Shu and other scholarsfrom Yong Jia constituted an important political faction.They crowded around Zhou Bida as his strongsupporters so that they were attacked by Liu Zheng.Most of them were expelled from the court.After ZhaoRuyu,a good friend of Zhou Bida’s returned the court,he intended to re-commissioned these scholars fromYong Jia,in order to make them once again united on Zhao Ruyu’s side.With the help of these scholars,ZhaoRuyu successful implemented the shift in rule to Ningzong Emperor in Shaoxi Period.Therefore the SouthernSong Dynasty escaped from a serious political crisis.
