The Study of Supply Mode Construction of “Four in One” Medical-Nursing Combined with Service for the Aged——A Case Study of Wenzhou City

在人口老龄化与医养服务供需矛盾突出的背景下,医养结合养老模式是积极应对养老问题的必然选择。在医养结合养老模式的发展过程中,政府要逐渐转变作为养老服务主要提供者的角色形象,构建以政府为主导、市场为主体、社区为平台、社会组织为辅佐的"四位一体"医养结合养老服务供给模式。

The mode of medical-nursing combined with service for the aged is an inevitable choice to respondactively to the eldercare problem under the background of the contradiction between supply and demand ofthe ageing population and the healthcare resources allocations.In the development process of medical-nursingcombined with service for the aged,the authorities have to gradually change the role image as“the mainsupplier”of service for the aged.Meanwhile,it is necessary to construct a four-in-one supply-mode ofmedical-nursing combined with service for the aged,which embodies the government-dominant,marketorientation,community as platform and social organizations as the assistance.
