摘要
宜丰国泰公司改性铵油炸药生产线用水主要是手动控制抽水泵电机,将地下水抽送到高位水塔内,由于是手动控制抽水泵电机的启动与停止,因此无法判断高位水塔的水位,从而造成高位水塔水位过高或是水位过低。水位过高会浪费水源和增加电耗,而水位过低又会影响生产线安全生产。本公司对生产线供水装置进行了改进,并取得了良好的效果。
