苏里格南储层改造技术及应用

Reservoir Stimulation Technology in Southern Sulige and Its Application

苏里格南合作区是典型的"三低"气田,压裂改造作为低渗致密气藏的有效开发手段得到了广泛的现场应用。在苏里格南的储层压裂改造中,结合苏里格南自身六大开发特点与"三低"储层开发战略,采用了50.8mm(2in)枪身的小井眼深穿透射孔,低伤害清洁压裂液体系,中密高强的支撑剂,TAP阀投球连续分压,连续在线混配等特色工艺。通过苏南特有的压裂改造模式,成功实现27~36天完成一个标准井丛的压裂及排液,单井在无液氮伴注情况下,压后返排率达到100%。截至2015年底,已经成功的对XXX口井XXX层进行了储层改造,Ⅰ+Ⅱ类气井占73%,取得了较好的开发效益,为苏里格南合作区高效开发奠定了基础。

The cooperation block in southern Sulige is a typical"three low"gas field,and fracturing technology has been widely appliedin the development of low permeability tight gas reservoirs as an effective method.The characteristic techniques of slim hole deep perforation using50.8mm(2in)perforating gun,low-damage clean fracturing fluid system,medium density and high strength proppant,TAPvalve pitching continuous partial pressure and continuous on-line mixing were applied in the fracturing process of the block based onthe characteristics of the block.Through this Through this characteristic fracturing pattern fracturing pattern,the fracturing and drainageof a standard cluster well was successfully completed in27~36days,and in no case with liquid nitrogen injection,the flowback rate ofsingle well reached100%.By the end of2015,XXX layers of XXX wells had been successfully reconstructed,and type I and type II ofgas wells accounted for73%.A good development benefit was achieved,which lays a foundation for high-efficiency development of thecooperation zone in southern Sulige.
