摘要
由于受天然气组分、天然气计量仪表及人员素质等因素的影响,导致天然气计量出现不同程度的差异,产生了计量误差。为了提供准确的计量数据,为分析井口数据和天然气销售提供准确的依据,从现场计量现状入手,对苏里格南计量系统进行简要介绍,分析产生误差的原因并提出减小误差措施,包括加强设备维护、及时录入及分析数据、利用SCADA系统实时监控、加强运行数据管理、严控管网泄漏损耗等。结果表明,现场应用优化了单井计量设备,减小了误差,保证流量数据准确。
Due to the influence of natural gas components,natural gas measuring instrument and measurement personnel quality,thereis the measurement error of natural gas.In order to provide accurate measurement data for wellhead data analysis and gas sales,the fieldstatus of South Sulige metering system is briefly introduced,the causes of metering error are analyzed,and some measures for decreasingthe natural gas metering error are proposed,such as strengthening equipment maintenance,timely inputting and analyzing data,realtimemonitoring using SCADA system,strengthening operation data management,strictly controlling leakage loss of pipe network,etc.Field application results show that the single well metering equipment is optimized,the metering error is reduced,and the accuracy offlow rate data is ensured.
