摘要
为延续国际石油公司道达尔先进的技术和管理水平,遵照苏里格南区块产品分成合同要求作业者建立信息系统的规定,在中国石油对外合作经理部的有效组织和中国石油信息部的大力支持下决定研发以苏里格南(以下简称苏南)项目为试点,适用于中国石油整体对外合作业务管理需要的ERP系统。苏南ERP系统建设项目于2011年2月14日启动,经过6年的调整优化,目前各模块运行平稳,达到了预期的建设目标,苏南ERP试点先进的经验为相同合作模式的项目提供了有益的方案参考,目前已在中国石油长北项目进行推广实施。
As a continuation of the advanced technology and management level of Total International Oil Company,complying with the regulations in South Sulige block product sharing contract that require operators to build information system,it is decided to establish the ERP system to meet the needs of the overall foreign cooperation business management of Petro China under the effective organization of the Foreign Cooperation Manager Department of PetroChina the strong support of the Information Department of PetroChina.South Sulige ERP system construction project started in February14,2011,after6years of adjustment and optimization,at present the modules are running smoothly,and the expected goal of construction is achieved.The advanced experience of the ERP pilot project in South Sulige has provided a useful reference for the projects of the same cooperation mode.It has been popularized and implemented in Changbei project of PetroChina.
