合规是建设法治企业的基石。对合规管理的起源进行了追溯,分析了油气田企业实施合规管理、管控合规风险的价值和必要性。总结、归纳了苏里格南作业分公司合规管理的现状及实践。并以苏里格南项目为例,结合实际情况,提出了在进一步完善苏里格南作业分公司流程及制度的同时,在集团公司、油田公司合规管理体系的架构下,构建苏里格南作业分公司的合规管理体系。

Compliance is the cornerstone of building a law-based enterprise.The origin of compliance management is traced,and thevalue and necessity of implementing compliance management and controlling compliance risk in oil and gas field enterprises are analyzed.The status quo and practice of compliance management in South Sulige Operation Branch are summarized.Taking South Suligeproject as an example,it is proposed to further improve the operation process and system of South Sulige Branch,the construction of compliance management system of South Sulige Operation Branch is finished under the framework of the compliance management systems ofCNPC and Changqing Oilfield Company.
