高校留学生思想政治教育的现状及对策研究

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Education Towards International Students in the Universities

随着我国经济及软实力的发展,来华留学生教育已进入提质保量阶段。然而,对于留学生群体的思想政治教育,仍然存在重视程度不够及认识存在偏差,教育内容系统性针对性不足、形式方法单一而滞后,人力资源缺乏、专业水平不足等问题。基于此,加强高校留学生思想政治教育的对策如下:(1)更新认识,加强留学生思想政治教育工作重视程度;(2)建立体系,完善优化留学生思想政治教育工作内容;(3)创新形式,拓宽留学生思想政治教育渠道;(4)扩充队伍,提升留学生思想政治教育工作业务水平。

With the development of the economy and soft power of China,the current primary task for the international students'education in China is to enhance the quality while maintain the quantity as well.However,there are several problems in the ideological and political education towards the international students,respectively lack of attention,deviation of conception,weakness in systematization and pertinence of education content,simplex and lagging education form and method,lack of human resources and low level of expertise.Based on those aforementioned questions,the countermeasures of reinforcing the ideological and political education towards the international students in Chinese universities are as follows:(1)Update the conception to attach more importance to the ideological and political education towards the international students;(2)Establish the system to complete and optimize the education content;(3)Innovate in forms and methods to broaden the education channels;(4)Enlarge the team to improve the professional skills.
