摘要
近年来,高职院校师资队伍中的兼职教师比重逐渐增加,兼职教师作为学校师资力量的重要组成部分,对兼职教师进行规范化管理是提高教学质量的重要环节。调研发现,高职院校兼职教师存在聘用程序不规范、教育理论素养缺失、过程管理力度不够等方面的问题,本文认为通过规范聘用程序,共建管理平台;优化选拔流程,强化教学培训;注重过程管理,完善考核机制的方式可以有效解决兼职教师管理中存在的困境。
In recent years,the proportion of part-time teachers in the faculty of higher vocational colleges has gradually increased.Part-time teachers,as an important part of teaching staff,are an important part of improving the quality of teaching.Therefore,the standardized management of part-time teachers is an important link to improve teaching quality.It is found through investigations that there are some problems about part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as informal employment,a lack of education theories and insufficient process management.This paper proposes some measures to effectively solve the difficulties in the management of part-time teachers,including regulating employment procedures and cooperating in building a management platform,optimizing the selection process and strengthening teaching and training,paying attention to process management and improving the mechanism and way of evaluation.
