地方院校农村创业人才培养的现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on the Current Situation of Cultivating Rural Entrepreneurs in Local Colleges and Universities

双创时代对地方院校人才培养提出更高的要求,新农村建设和精准扶贫也需要高素质创业型人才流向农村。地方院校培养农村创业人才具有较强的理论意义和现实作用。地方院校可从"愿景"型农村创业人才的培养、农村创业教育课程教学和实践教学体系的构建、引导学生通过基层服务项目和家族传统农业产业创业、与地方政府共建大学生农村创业基地等方面加强农村创业人才培养。

The era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in local colleges and universities,while the new countryside construction and accurate poverty alleviation also require high-quality entrepreneurs to go to the countryside.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and realistic role to cultivate rural entrepreneurs in local colleges and universities.Local colleges and universities can enhance the cultivation of rural entrepreneurs from the following aspects:cultivating promising rural entrepreneurs,constructing a course teaching and practice teaching system for rural entrepreneurship education,guiding students'entrepreneurship through grassroots service projects and family traditional agriculture,establishing rural entrepreneurship bases for college students through government-college cooperation.
