从雷公藤中分离出的活性较高的雷公藤甲素表现出明显抗肿瘤活性,大量研究结果显示雷公藤甲素可以多方向、多靶点、交叉发挥抗肿瘤作用,抗肿瘤谱广,与传统抗肿瘤药物相比,雷公藤甲素自身细胞毒性作用轻,抗肿瘤活性更强,对并能表现出明显的放疗及化疗增敏作用。本文着重介绍雷公藤甲素抗肿瘤作用的可能机制。

The highly active triptolide extracted from tripterygium shows a significant anti-tumor activity.A large number of research results show that triptolide can play anti-tumor effect crosswise from multi-direction and multi-target,and its anti-tumor spectrum is broad.Compared with traditional anti-tumor drugs,triptolide has its light cytotoxic effect and stronger anti-tumor activity,and can show obvious radiotherapy and chemotherapy sensitization.This article focuses on the possible mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of triptolide.
