浅谈高校国际学生社团建设与管理

A Brief Discussion on the Building and Management of International Students Associations in Universities

本文结合我国来华留学教育背景,分析了国际学生社团建设的必要性和意义,进而总结归纳了三种高校国际学生社团建设与管理模式的利弊。结合三种管理模式,本文进一步研究了国际学生社团建设和管理面临的问题及原因,以此提出了完善国际学生社团建设与管理的措施与建议。

Based on the background of the overseas students'studying in China,this paper analyzes the necessity and significance of the international students associations,and then summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the three management models of international students associations in universities.Combined with the three management models,this paper studies the problems the international students associations may meet nowadays and makes further analysis of the reasons.Finally this paper makes some suggestions to improve the building and management of international students associations.
