商务日语中“反问确认”语言策略研究

日渐加深的中日两国经济往来对中日两国企业之间的交流合作产生了更高的外向型发展需求。商务日语交流合作中,在掌握扎实的语言功底和熟悉相应的商务业务及法律文件的基础上,若能进一步结合商务谈判的技巧和语言策略,对于全面而完整地理解对方信息和表达自身诉求,最终达成谈判目标和实现合作共赢的结果非常重要。"反问确认"语言策略以"解决听解中的问题、提高交际效率、克服文化障碍、弥补因沟通不畅导致的交际失败"为目标,在商务日语会话中有着重要的意义。本文将以商务日语会话中的的"反问确认"策略为研究对象,探讨该策略在商务日语中的地位和使用倾向,分析在商务日语教学中的具体运用,帮助学生更好地学习和运用该策略,为以后参与商务谈判打下良好的基础。

With the increasingly deeper economic cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises,there is a higher demand for an all-round communication.In addition to a good command of language and a good knowledge of business operation and legal documents,it is very important to master business negotiation skills and language tactics to comprehensively understand the other side's purpose as well as clearly express ideas,which is also vital to both sides to achieve their goal and get a win-win result.The language tactic of"clarification questions"is very significant,which is targeted at"solving problems in listening,enhancing communication efficiency,overcoming cultural hinders,and making up the failure resulted from ineffective communication."Taking the"clarification questions"tactic in business Japanese as the research subject,the author investigates the status and use of"clarification questions"in business Japanese and analyzes its application in business Japanese teaching in the hope of helping students to better learn and apply this tactic to form a solid foundation of business negotiation in the future.
