社会主义新农村文化建设取得了显著成就,表现在农民群体教育水平、科技文化素养、思想道德素质与精神面貌的改善与提高,以及日常文化生活的多样性等方面,但同时也存在着诸如文建工作资金不足、人才相对匮乏、农民群体自身参与程度不够,以及现有体制机制依然不够健全等较突出的问题。分析并正确看待问题产生的原因是突破新农村文建工作现实困境的关键与可欲的理智选择,这需要设计、主导及参与新农村文建工作的各相关主体正确对待和努力化解产生该类问题的传统与现实、深层与表层的诸多原因。

The cultural construction of new socialist countryside has made remarkable achievements,which are reflected in the improvement of farmers'educational level,scientific and technological quality,ideological and moral quality and mental outlook,as well as the diversity of farmers'daily cultural life,but there are some prominent problems,such as a shortage of funds for cultural construction,a lack of talents,farmers'lack of participation,and imperfect mechanism.Analyzing and correctly treating the causes of the problems is the key and realistic choice to break through the real dilemma of the cultural construction of socialist new countryside.This requires the relevant parties to solve the problems.
