眼轮匝肌瓣联合自体脂肪填充矫治上睑凹陷效果观察

Correction of Sunken Upper Eyelid with Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Flap Combined with Autologous Fat Transplantion

目的:观察眼轮匝肌瓣联合自体脂肪填充治疗上睑凹陷的效果。方法:自2012年以来,对22例上睑凹陷患者采用眼轮匝肌瓣联合自体脂肪填充的方法进行治疗。结果:本组22例患者,除1例上睑凹陷纠正不足行第二次脂肪移植注射外,其余患者自觉效果满意。结论:采用眼轮匝肌瓣联合自体脂肪填充是治疗治疗上睑凹陷的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effects of correction of sunken upper eyelid with orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion.Methods22patients with Sunken upper eyelid were enrolled in this study since2012.All the patients were treated with orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion.Results One patient was given a second time autologous fat injection to further recompense the Sunken.All the rest21patients all reached satisfied clinical effects after the treatments.Conclusion Orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion is an effective technique to reconstruct sunken upper eyelid.
