摘要
目的:观察980nm长脉冲激光联合表皮营养液及七叶树皂苷修护敷料治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的有效性和安全性。方法:将76例面部毛细血管扩张症患者随机分为A、B两组进行分组治疗。A组:38例,应用980nm长脉冲激光治疗;B组:38例,应用980nm长脉冲激光联合表皮营养液及七叶树皂苷修护敷料治疗。根据患者皮损情况确定激光治疗参数,观察治疗前后血管消退情况及治疗后不良反应来评价临床有效性和安全性。结果:76例患者治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应。经3~6次治疗,A组治疗有效率92.11%,6个月后复发率40%;B组治疗有效率94.74%,6个月后复发率16.67%。B组6个月后复发率显著低于A组,测试显示皮肤红斑指数和经皮水分流失显著降低,皮肤发红和屏障功能均得到显著改善。结论:使用表皮营养液和七叶树皂苷修护敷料联合980nm长脉冲激光治疗可有效改善面部毛细血管扩张症及伴随的屏障损伤,显著降低其复发率,具有良好的有效性和安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of980nm long pulse laser combined with epidermal nutrient solution and escins repair dressings in treatment of facial telangiectasis.Methods76patients with facial telangiectasis were randomly divided into A group and B group which treated respectively.A group:38patients were treated with980nm long pulse laser alone;B group:38patients used980nm long pulse laser combined with epidermal nutrient solution and escins dressing for repair.The treatment parameters were adjusted according to immediate skin responses.To evaluate the effectiveness and safety according to observing thevascular regression inpretherapy and post-treatment andadverse reactions after the treatment.Results With the treatment lasting3-6times,the effective rate of A group was92.11%,and the recurrence rate of180d was40%.The effective rate of B group was94.74%,and the recurrence rate of6months was16.67%.The recurrence rate of6months in group B was significantly lower than that in group A.The test results also showed that the skin erythema index and skin water loss were significantly decreased,which indicate skin barrier function were significantly improved.Conclusion The using of epidermal nutrient solution and escins repair dressings combined with980nm long pulse laser therapy could be safe and effective for the treatment of facial telangiectasia.The epider malbarrier of patients with telangiectasia was improved and the recurrence rate was significantly reduced after treatments.
