成都平原区城镇近郊村庄的空心化程度研究

Research on the Degree of Village Hollowness in the Suburbs of Chengdu Plain

【目的】以成都平原区17个近郊空心村的基础调研数据为基础,构建空心化评价指标体系并计算各村空心化程度得分。【方法】采用层次分析法,对17个村庄的空心化程度进行归类和分层。【结果】17个村庄中有3个村庄的空心化程度超过了50%,12个村庄的空心化程度在40%~50%之间,仅2个村庄的空心化程度在40%以下,88.24%的村庄出现了中度或重度的空心化。【结论】村庄的空心化程度主要体现在经济和人口两个方面,在土地和生态方面的空心化程度相对较小,空心村综合整治亟待全面实施;空心村综合整治时应当考虑各个村庄的实际情况,采取提高土地利用率、加强村庄整体规划、大力发展第二三产业等多种措施相结合。

【Objective】Based on the survey data of17suburban hollow villages in Chengdu plain,theevaluation index system of village hollowness was established and the scores of hollowness degree foreach villages were calculated.【Method】Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to classify and layerthe hollownessdegree of17villages.【Results】Three villages out of17got the hollowness degree of over50%,12villages got the hollowness degree of40%~50%,only two villages'hollowness degree wereunder40%.88.24%of the villages were moderately or severely hollowed.【Conclusion】The villages hol原lowness were mainly reflected in two aspectsof economy and population,the hollowness of land and ecologywere relatively not serious.The remediation of hollow villages is urgently needed.The actual situation ofeach villages should be fully considered during the remediation,the comprehensive measurement whichinclude increasing the land utilization rate,strengthening the village overall planning and powerfully de原velopingthesecondaryandthirdindustriesshouldbeimplementedincombinationwithoneanother.
