Research on professional qualities training path of vocational college students under the perspective of “spirit of the craftsman”

正确认识并重拾"工匠精神",将"工匠精神"内涵融入高职院校学生职业素养教育过程中,既有很强的契合性,又能提高高职院校学生职业能力。文章从办学理念、课堂教学、技能大赛、校企合作、校园文化等五个方面,阐述"工匠精神"融入高职院校职业素养培育的路径。

We should have a correct understanding of the"spirit of the craftsman"and put it into the professional qualities education process of higher vocational college students,which can improve the students'professional abilities.This paper expounds the emerging ways from five aspects:the educational philosophy,classroom teaching,skills contest,university-enterprise cooperation and campus culture.
