高职院校辅导员与学生导师协同育人的研究与实践——以A大学为例 被引量:4

摘要 辅导员和学生导师是高职院校育人队伍的两大主体,但是二者之间却存在着缺乏协同的问题。文章在分析高职院校辅导员与学生导师协同育人的必要性和可能性的基础上,探讨了协同育人存在的理念缺位、机制不健全等实际问题,并指出要实现高职院校辅导员与学生导师协同育人,应树立合作观并构建组织机构联动机制、工作沟通协调机制、考核评价机制和条件保障机制。 Counselors and students'tutors are the two main teams of the education work of higher vocational colleges.However,the two teams work independently instead of working cooperatively.On the base of analyzing the necessity and possibility of the cooperative education between counselors and students'tutors in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the realistic problems of the cooperative education such as a lack of cooperation concept and an imperfect mechanism.At last,this paper puts forward the following approaches:fostering a cooperation outlook and establishing the linkage mechanism of organizational structure,the communication and coordination mechanism,the evaluation mechanism and the guarantee mechanism.
