摘要
以ESP需求分析理论(Needs Analysis)为指导,参照Hutchinson&Waters的八大纬度理论框架,文章分别设计了学生问卷与访谈提纲、教师和企业导师访谈提纲,对某高职院校非英语专业学生对英语教学的需求进行调查。针对学生的不同需求,结合该校实际,提出了满足合理需求的措施或建议,为确定下一步教学改革方向提供参考。
Based on theory of"Needs Analysis"the research designed questionnaires for students to answer and interview outlines for teachers and enterprise guiders to talk about in reference to the framework of Eight Dimension.The research made a survey into the English language teaching needs of non-English majors in a vocational college.Directing to the different needs of students,the essay puts forth some measures to be taken or proposals in expecting to reach the purpose of common satisfaction.
